We would like to inform you that, in accordance with the Atomic Law of November 29, 2000, for X-ray examinations (except for X-ray of one tooth), you must come with a referral from your doctor.

In the Chelm and Krasnystaw branches, advance registration by telephone is required for the tests.
In the other branches, tests are performed on a regular basis, without advance reservation.
